A short documentary about Maria Peligro, a Mexican singer. She likes to show a lot of naked skin, drinks a lot of alcohol and cultivates the image of a self-confident it-girl. Behind it, however, lies a lost soul struggling with anorexia, self-hatred and social acceptance. 

A young singer from Mexico spends her nights mostly wild and boisterous. Me paso los Dias gives a glimpse into the life of Maria Peligro, who, away from parties and concerts, tells of her years of eating disorders and their consequences. With a striking lightness, this short film tells of a woman whose composure and energy are surprising. (Catalog text Werkschau 2019)
